Privacy Policy
In short
- We only collect your name and B2B email — and only when you explicitly request it.
- We never share, sell, or disclose your data to third parties.
- This domain does not collect any patient or health data.
1. Data Controller and Purpose
CareProxy ("the Company", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected via this website. Our product is an on-premise zero-trust router for AI traffic — we deliver critical infrastructure, not a data-processing service. On this marketing site, we enforce strict data minimization.
We exclusively collect your name and B2B email address, and only when you explicitly request our Technical Whitepaper or book an Architecture Briefing. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (legitimate interest in responding to B2B inquiries).
2. Special Notice Regarding Patient and Health Data (MDR & GDPR Art. 9)
This domain does not collect, store, or process any sensitive personal data, health data, or patient data. The CareProxy product itself — the zero-trust router that classifies and directs AI requests — deploys 100% on-premise inside the customer's own ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. CareProxy has no cloud component, no customer-payload telemetry, and is therefore architecturally incapable of exfiltrating patient data. Concrete Data Processing Agreements (DPA) are signed per installation.
3. Third Parties and Disclosure (Zero Sharing)
In contrast to standard industry practices, CareProxy does not share, sell, or disclose the collected personal data to third parties. We do not utilize external advertising networks to enrich or resell B2B leads. Your data remains in a closed environment and is used solely to facilitate direct communication between you and CareProxy.
4. Security and Data Retention
Your information is treated with strict confidentiality and protected by adequate technical and organizational security measures. We only retain your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, after which it is permanently deleted.
5. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data. Any requests to exercise your "Right to be Forgotten" must be submitted in writing to: contact@careproxy.dk, whereupon your data will be deleted immediately.
