CareProxy ("the Company", "we", "us") is the data controller for the processing of personal data collected via this landing page. As an entity specializing in on-premise AI security ("Zero Data Exfiltration"), we enforce strict data minimization.

We exclusively collect standard personal data in the form of names and B2B email addresses. The sole purpose of this collection is to: a) Forward technical documentation (Technical Whitepaper) upon request. b) Facilitate the booking of Security Briefings. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (legitimate interest in responding to B2B inquiries).

2. Special Notice Regarding Patient and Health Data (MDR & GDPR Art. 9)

This domain operates strictly as a pre-launch information platform (Smoke Test). Under no circumstances does this site collect, store, or process sensitive personal data, health data, or patient data. Our on-premise architecture for future solutions is subject to separate Data Processing Agreements (DPA) and is strictly isolated from any interaction with this landing page.

3. Third Parties and Disclosure (Zero Sharing)

In contrast to standard industry practices, CareProxy does not share, sell, or disclose the collected personal data to third parties. We do not utilize external advertising networks to enrich or resell B2B leads. Your data remains in a closed environment and is used solely to facilitate direct communication between you and CareProxy.

4. Security and Data Retention

Your information is treated with strict confidentiality and protected by adequate technical and organizational security measures. We only retain your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, after which it is permanently deleted.

5. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and restrict the processing of your personal data. Any requests to exercise your "Right to be Forgotten" must be submitted in writing to: contact@careproxy.dk, whereupon your data will be deleted immediately.
