CareProxy exists so healthcare can use the world's best AI — safely and legally — giving clinicians time back with their patients and patients faster, better care. The breakthrough tools are already here; uncertainty about compliance shouldn't be what holds us back.
The story
How CareProxy came to be
During my internships in healthcare I saw the same thing everywhere: clinicians were already using AI tools like ChatGPT in their daily work — but without a safe, legal way to do it. Patient data risked ending up in the cloud, and the alternative was to ban AI entirely.
That's a false choice. The problem wasn't the AI — it was the missing layer between the clinician and the cloud that could catch patient data before it ever left the building.
With a background in cybersecurity and compliance, combined with clinical understanding from sports science and hands-on healthcare work, I could see both the problem and the solution. CareProxy was built to give healthcare the best of both worlds: the world's smartest AI, without patient data ever leaving the building.

Why me
Matias Park — Founder — CareProxy
I'm a computer scientist (datamatiker) and the founder of CareProxy, finishing my bachelor's in cybersecurity at UCN with a focus on governance, risk and compliance (GRC).
My path to healthcare AI is no accident: a background in sports science gave me an understanding of physiology and clinical language, and internships at Treat Systems and Judex put me in the middle of healthcare's daily reality — where I saw how AI is already used, but without a safe, legal foundation.
That combination — security, compliance and clinical understanding — is exactly what CareProxy is built on.
